I am a computational biologist and machine learning scientist working at the intersection of biological discovery, data science, and research engineering. My work is question-driven: I translate complex biological problems into rigorous computational frameworks, integrate large-scale multi-omics datasets, and develop models, software, and resources that enable new ways to study biological regulation and disease. My research spans regulatory genomics, enhancer biology, single-cell epigenomics, sequence-based deep learning, and noncoding variant interpretation. Across projects, I aim to connect computational prediction with interpretable mechanisms, reproducible analyses, and actionable scientific hypotheses.
